Intensive Counseling

Sometimes 1 hour just won’t cut it. Intensive 90–120 minute sessions are built for individuals, couples, and groups who need to go deeper, faster—whether you’re unpacking trauma, navigating a crisis, or ready to “get it all out” in a safe, contained setting. These extended sessions allow for deeper processing, nervous system regulation, and clarity so you leave with real progress—not just a plan for next week.
