Intensives may be a fit if you’re dealing with:

  • high-acuity relationship strain, betrayal/repair, or recurring conflict cycles

  • major transitions (separation/divorce decisions, career/identity shifts, relocation, post-deployment reintegration)

  • PTSD/stress injuries impacting home or work functioning

  • failure-to-launch dynamics or family systems that need rapid structure and alignment

  • longstanding or chronic trauma histories that require more time and containment to process than a standard weekly hour allows

  • pre-/post- ketamine or psychedelic work that needs preparation, integration, and aftercare planning

How it works: We begin with a consultation to confirm fit and determine the right level of care. Intensives are scheduled in extended blocks (multi-hour sessions) and include goal-setting, targeted intervention, and an accountability plan for follow-through after the session. Executive clients may also request as-needed sessions by appointment for time-sensitive support around high-stakes moments.

Next step: Reach out to schedule a consultation and we’ll recommend the best format—weekly sessions, an intensive, or a combination of both.
