Our approach is structured, discerning, and outcomes-oriented—meaning we clarify your goals, identify what’s maintaining the problem, and build practical skills and routines that translate outside the therapy room. When emotional identification or verbal processing is hard, we can also integrate creative arts interventions to help you access and communicate what’s going on internally.
